Tuttifrutti is Bethan’s first exploration into the world of Venetian mirrors, fascinated with the beauty of the handmade swirls and curls , that evoke cream frozen in time , Bethan decided to continue her passion for the world of fake food and the blurred line between the ‘natural patterns and colours found in fruit with the stylized world of food imagery and presentation.
Bethan Combines modern cutting techniques alongside the traditional hand formed details to highlight the way in which this ancient tradition is reflecting the changing time in contemporary crafts.
