Sweet MeatVenice2010

A vegetarian since I was 14, at 26 I decided to go native during my residency in Venice and started to eat meat. Quickly becoming obsessed with all things sliced and cured, I was drawn to the fat marble running through each slice. Sweetmeat is my first experiment using Italian meats and sweets to create a pattern based on the seminato flooring of Venice.
